Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures while upholding high hospitality standards. You will verify room blocks, handle pre-registration, and assign rooms based on location, rate, and status, delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing keys, answering questions about services and local amenities, and processing check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere on arrival.
• Assign rooms based on location, rate, guaranteed type, Marriott rewards, or group status.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with Bellhop for smooth arrivals.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, local amenities, and directions.
• Maintain knowledge of groups/events and local happenings for guest information.
• Process reservations, including walk-ins, with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist guests with safety deposit boxes and ensure confidentiality of belongings.
• Post, correct, or adjust charges on guest accounts as needed.
