Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs and addressing inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

The role supports guest satisfaction through accurate registrations, payments, room assignments, and timely responses to communications. Collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance is essential to ensure a smooth stay for guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations, changes, and special requests; coordinate with housekeeping.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and activities.
