Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel, assisting guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
