Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions as listed in hotel materials.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and dates; assist with reservations.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and complete shift paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote guest programs.
