Job summary

The Windsor Court is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and manage reservations with a focus on high-quality service throughout their stay.

The role requires a courteous, detail-oriented individual who can multitask, handle inquiries about local attractions, and operate the front desk systems efficiently. A high school diploma and hotel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Positive upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems for internal and external guests.
• Effective communication of information clearly.
• Ability to work in stressful situations and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival and during their stay.
• Provide outstanding guest service and handle inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours.
• Maintain proper appearance, adhere to uniform standards and brand policies.
• Operate the front desk computer system and manage check-ins/outs efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments and relay information accurately.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions and quote them accurately.
• Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in a timely manner.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and special requests as needed.
