Job summary

The Morrow Hotel Washington, DC Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage reservations with accuracy and courtesy.

You will use the PMS system to process payments, respond to guest requests, and help ensure a seamless, safe, and enjoyable stay. No two shifts are the same, and you will contribute to a high-standard guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations and process payments.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor when necessary.
• Be responsible for securing guests' valuables when needed.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits as part of daily bookkeeping.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction and stay compliant with safety standards.
