Hamilton Hotel Washington, D.C. is seeking a Guest Services Agent dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to financial profitability. You will greet guests, register their stay, and ensure smooth check-out processes.

Responsibilities include inputting guest information, handling payments, answering questions about rooms and local area, upselling hotel services, and maintaining a friendly, responsive attitude toward all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Hilton systems experience preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken/written); other languages helpful.
• Able to stand for long periods; 50 lb lifting requirement.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process.
• Assist with check-out, handle payments and currency exchanges.
• Demonstrate knowledge of room types, rates, packages, local area.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle guest messages and convey information accurately.
