Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking a courteous Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and manage transactions at the front desk. You will provide information, handle requests, and maintain knowledge of hotel services and promotions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in a guest service role, strong English communication, and accuracy with cash handling. Flexibility to work varied shifts is a plus.

Qualifications
