Zusammenfassung

HHM Hotels seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet, register and service guests according to hotel standards. You will handle check-ins, reservations, payments, and respond promptly to requests.

The role offers opportunities for growth within the front desk team; requires strong customer service, basic PMS knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and offer assistance with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms, handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit, handle billing accurately.
• Make and confirm reservations and balance guest accounts.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve concerns with supervisor if needed.
• Maintain safety and security of guests and belongings in line with policies.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
