Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-out and verify identity.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests.
• Secure payments and ensure billing accuracy.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
• Run daily reports and communicate with the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports and balance the cash drawer.
• Handle wake-up calls and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Report maintenance, accidents, and safety hazards.
