MHG Hotels LLC is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests, confirm reservations, process check-ins/check-outs, and answer questions about local attractions.

You will handle payments, provide hotel information, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth shift handoffs. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-outs and adapt for changes
• Respond to and resolve guest requests
• Secure payments and verify billing accuracy
• Provide guests with room info, directions, amenities, and local interests
• Run daily reports and communicate needs to next shift staff
• Complete cashier and closing reports and count the bank securely
• Take wake-up calls and assign to proper department
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information
• Communicate emergencies, lost items, or theft to staff or authorities
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Keep contingency lists and communicate important messages
• Protect company assets and comply with QA expectations
