HHM Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage payments while upholding brand and sustainability standards.

The role emphasizes accurate reservations, prompt response to guest requests, and collaboration with the front desk team to ensure high guest satisfaction. Training and growth opportunities are available within the front office track.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with needs in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Register and assign guests to rooms and establish payment methods.
• Make and confirm reservations and handle transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints with supervision as needed.
• Transmit messages and use the PMS system to manage guest data and activities.
• Maintain guest room satisfaction and contribute to cleanliness and safety standards.
