Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and assist with their needs. You will guide stays with sustainability in mind and support early in the guest journey.

Responsibilities include registering guests, handling reservations, processing payments via the PMS, and responding to guest requests while resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments and give change.
• Transmit and receive messages through the PMS.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints, elevating when needed.
• Secure valuables in the hotel safe if not in rooms.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits as needed.
• Support in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction efforts.
