Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team in Puerto Rico. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and deliver a warm, personalized guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assists with check-in.
• Answer phone promptly and transfer or assist guests as needed.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data per procedures.
• Process check-in/check-out with proper ID and payment.
