Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle payments, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer calls.
• Handle cash, balance bank at shift start/end, report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
