The Condado Collection in Puerto Rico seeks a front desk associate to welcome guests, check-in/check-out, and maintain high service standards. You will assist guests with reservations, information, and requests, while balancing cash handling and daily tasks.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English), customer-focused, and comfortable with hotel software in a fast-paced environment. Join our team for a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be hospitality oriented with a guest-first approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and check them in/out.
• Answer phones courteously and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Balance cash handling and banking procedures for daily transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Be familiar with daily event sheets and updates to procedures and promotions.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies.
