Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Maintain room inventory and assist Front Office Manager with efficient assignments.
• Supervise daily shift processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Train and coach Front Desk Agents to deliver outstanding service.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping for smooth operations.
• Know emergency procedures and communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
