Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and hours of operation.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items guests leave behind and report to lost and found.
• Other duties as assigned.
