Job summary

Generation Hospitality is seeking a hotel front desk associate to welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and answer questions about the hotel and local area. You will post charges to guest rooms and communicate with departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, strong verbal and written communication, and prior hotel or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods in a hotel front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms; accommodate special requests.
• Assist in pre-registration and room blocking for reservations.
• Understand and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
