Delta Hotels by Marriott Richmond Downtown in Richmond, VA is seeking upbeat Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences at check-in and during stays. You will greet guests, answer questions about rooms, rates and local amenities, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires prior front desk or receptionist experience, proficiency with hotel reservation systems such as OnQ or Opera, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a hotel front desk agent or receptionist.
• Experience with hotel reservations software OnQ or Opera.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
• Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned
