Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to operate the property management system.
• Understanding of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and ensure safety procedures.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts.
• Set up and maintain breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous service and resolve guest issues promptly.
