Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, cashiering, and delivering personalized service to ensure a memorable stay.

You will greet guests, process reservations and payments, balance cash, and provide information about local attractions. Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalence.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred; Hilton PEP experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and process check-ins.
• Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Handle cash and balance the cash drawer, maintain records.
• Provide information about facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-out and various payments.
• Address guest complaints, research, and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local area.
• Follow policies, safety standards, and improve operations.
• Participate in upselling and promoting programs.
• Collaborate with team and management professionally.
