Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment in line with company procedures. You will handle front desk daily tasks, maintain safety standards, and ensure a welcoming lobby experience.

You will process reservations, support breakfast display setup, promote ESA services, and report issues through Make it Right. Strong English, basic PMS proficiency, and cash handling are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology. Requires the ability to work through all shift reports and perform the audit function when necessary and assigned.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment following company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain front desk areas, lobby, and public spaces in accordance with standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
