Schulte Hospitality Group in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our service-driven team. You will greet guests, manage arrival and check-in activities, answer phones promptly, and support cash handling procedures with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank; count bank at beginning and end of shift; ensure proper cash handling and report over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data with proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklist and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
