Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide personal recognition.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and escort VIPs as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer calls as required.
• Maintain front desk area organized and report cash handling issues.
• Follow procedures for guest data privacy and security.
