Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Assist with welcome amenities and arrival lists
• Escort VIPs to their room and check them in
• Answer calls promptly and assist or transfer
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report cash variances
• Keep front desk clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PPI data according to procedures
• Check in/out efficiently with required ID and payment
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries
