Job summary

Extended Stay America in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, take reservations, process payments, and ensure accurate daily paperwork while upholding safety standards.

You will maintain the front desk area, support breakfast setup, and promote ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations. Strong English communication and front desk software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to process reservations, registration, payment and departures according to guidelines.
• Ability to handle guest payments and maintain records.
• Basic arithmetic for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and collect payments per procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA's Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast setup.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Run daily front desk paperwork.
