• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience with PMS, reservations platforms, and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a warm, professional manner.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and hotel information.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership to support operations.
