Residence Inn by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face and first contact for guests. You will ensure smooth check-in and check-out, deliver exceptional service, and assist with guest inquiries to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in/out, handling inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, processing payments, and sharing information about local attractions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
