Residence Inn by Marriott Milpitas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to clean and service guest rooms and assist in public areas to ensure a comfortable stay. You will replace bed linens, dust and sanitize surfaces, and report maintenance needs while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Understand hotel function and guest profiles.
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants, landmarks, shopping centers and or local attraction.
• Basic reading, writing and number knowledge in order to pass along notes, comments etc. (any language)

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant experience to guests.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Replace/Change items in guest rooms and restock supplies.
• Demonstrate brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with training and guidance to new associates.
• Maintain communication with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
