Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the Residence Inn by Marriott. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, provide information on rooms and rates, and support upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.

Maintain brand standards, security, and accurate cashiering throughout shifts. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a focus on English proficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Prior hotel Front Desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and maintain professional conduct.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes and verify guest information.
• Provide information on rooms, rates and hotel amenities.
• Upsell services to generate additional revenue and improve occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of brand standards and loyalty programs.
• Ensure security procedures and accurate cash handling.
