Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to stand/move around front office and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Input and retrieve guest information, confirm room rate and number of guests.
• Process payments, post charges to rooms and balance a house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests and staff.
• Verify credit cards, print receipts and provide welcome folders with keys and information.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist with requests to ensure satisfaction.
