Job summary

Aloft Tampa Downtown, managed by HEI Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to assist guests with arrival and departure and deliver remarkable service.

As a member of our front office team, you will input guest data, confirm details, promote our programs, and handle room keys and payments with accuracy while staying calm during busy periods. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Complete the registration process using the computer system and confirm pertinent information.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts programs and brand marketing.
• Make appropriate room selection based on guest needs and issue keys.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and balance guest accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and negotiate satisfactory solutions.
