Job summary

Koʻa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach in Kauai, Hawaii is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to create a warm, welcoming guest experience and provide exceptional service during check‑in, stay, and checkout.

You will coordinate dining, activities, and transportation, assist with concierge services, manage guest requests, and maintain accurate room and billing records while upholding resort standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of all hotel departments and events.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education and relevant training; CPR/first aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.
• Assist guests with check in and check out processes and balance charges.
• Coordinate dining reservations, activities, and transportation.
• Post charges to guest bills and manage room status with housekeeping.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions professionally.
