Job summary

Hyatt Indy is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exemplary service at our downtown Indianapolis property. You will greet and register guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond promptly to guest inquiries to ensure a positive stay experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or PMS experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room readiness and needs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
