Hyatt Place Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown is seeking a Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional hospitality at the front desk. You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle requests, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests promptly and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments, assign rooms, and handle reservations changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
