Holiday Inn Airport Indianapolis is seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of guest accommodation. You will welcome guests, issue room keys, handle reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist.
• Experience with hotel reservations software (OnQ, Opera).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Register guests and collect necessary stay information.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Arrange services for VIP guests or events when needed.
• Upsell additional facilities and services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
