Qualifications

• Communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Strong problem-solving to turn issues into opportunities.
• Fluency in the local language; extra languages are a plus.
• Literacy and basic math with computer skills.
• Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma; college degree is a bonus.
• At least one year in a front desk or guest service role.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process all cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
• Upsell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
