General Hotels Corporation is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Indianapolis Union Station to welcome guests, check them in and out, and address inquiries with a professional, hospitality-driven approach.

You'll work in a fast-paced hotel environment, collaborate with housekeeping and other departments, and strive to create memorable visits for every guest while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and phone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
• Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and special accommodations
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
• Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk environment
• Follow company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures
• Support overall hotel operations as needed
