Qualifications

• English and Chinese skills preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest relations and hospitality focus.
• Proficiency with phone systems and multitasking.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate information
