Ignite Hotels in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service, support check-in and check-out, and assist with daily front office operations.

You will greet guests warmly, handle inquiries, process reservations and payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and uphold brand standards to ensure memorable stays for every guest. This role requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (hotel front desk a plus).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; PMS experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle guest questions and requests professionally.
• Process reservations and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to meet guest needs.
