Job summary

Ignite Hotels in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Guest Service) to deliver outstanding guest service, assist with check-in/check-out, and support daily front office operations. The role requires friendly communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills; PMS experience a plus.

Evening/weekend availability may be required; high school diploma or GED is required. This position is essential for creating a welcoming first impression and maintaining brand standards across the lobby

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; PMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in/check-out.
• Handle questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments.
• Follow cash handling and front office policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Answer phones and manage emails for guest inquiries.
• Support loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and organization.
