Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Rep at the Country Inn and Suites Bozeman. The Front Desk Agent is the first and last impression, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and basic computer skills. Experience with PMS systems like Opera or OnQ is a plus. Scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest questions and requests promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling procedures and front desk policies.
• Maintain front desk and lobby standards and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Answer phones and manage emails; support loyalty programs and local marketing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
