Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus but not required.
• At least 1 year in a front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions and use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Take and manage guest bookings, including upselling opportunities.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and check guests in/out quickly.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Provide local knowledge and assist with questions and concerns.
• Stay aware of events and schedules and act as a brand ambassador.
