Job summary

The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs. You’ll handle guest accounts, process payments, and provide accurate information on local attractions with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous guest-facing customer service experience preferred; hotel front desk experience is a strong plus.
• Experience handling cash and processing financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and handle check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Input guest information, confirm rates, issue keys, and provide welcome packets.
• Process payments, balances, and manage various forms of payment at current rates.
• Promote hotel marketing programs and loyalty offerings to guests.
• Handle guest concerns with patience and find effective solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel hours, local attractions, and amenities.
