HVMG is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and provide warm, professional service throughout their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Report to the Front Office Manager and have opportunities for advancement within hotel operations. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Be part of HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.
