Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our Atlanta property.

You will train and supervise front desk staff, manage check-in/check-out experiences, handle guest concerns, and support scheduling and shift coverage with the Front Office Manager, contributing to a welcoming and efficient guest journey.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and be the face of the hotel.
• Supervise front desk agents, manage reservations, and address guest concerns.
• Report to the Front Office Manager.
• Support scheduling and shift coverage for front desk staff.
