Vision Hospitality Group seeks a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative in Dunwoody, GA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, answering inquiries, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service responsibilities include check-in/out and guest communications.
• Must communicate clearly in English and with professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and handle high-guest volume.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS) and basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/out.
• Resolve guest requests with urgency and care.
• Maintain reception area and assist with clerical tasks.
• Upsell rooms and promote services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Balance cash drawer and process payments.
• Ensure security of guests and hotel assets.
