Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must multitask and prioritise duties to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer inquiries regarding restaurants, transportation, and local amenities.
• Balance cash handling according to hotel policies.
• Promote rates, packages, and promotions to guests.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with safe deposit boxes and guest requests.
