Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent at Residence Inn Deptford, NJ. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing revenue and occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and familiarity with rates, promotions, and group bookings. Prior hospitality experience and computer skills are preferred; regular attendance and professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups and rate promotions.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for shift closing as per hotel standards.
